Australian Orders
Orders within Australia are dispatched via Direct Freight for deliveries to metropolitan areas. For addresses in the Northern Territory and rural or remote locations, we use Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery coverage.
All shipments include tracking, which can be accessed via the relevant carrier’s website using the tracking details provided at dispatch.

New Zealand & International Orders
All orders to New Zealand and other international destinations are shipped via Australia Post International. All parcels are fully trackable and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.

Shipping Costs:
International shipping costs (including New Zealand) are based on the total parcel weight and may vary depending on destination and service availability. These rates differ from the flat-rate fees applied to Australian deliveries.
Customs Duties, Taxes & GST:
All international prices are calculated excluding Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Orders delivered outside Australia may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, as determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. They may be payable prior to or upon delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order to determine any applicable import costs.
