Our Moulded Carpet Range Comes In 4 Material Types.
Loop Pile - True to its name, consists of numerous small loops of yarn and was predominantly utilized in vehicles from the 1960s through the mid-1980s. This carpet is crafted from high-quality nylon yarn and tufted on a 5/32" gauge tufting machine at a density of 500 grams per square meter.
Plush Pile - Utilizing a construction process akin to loop pile but with a significantly higher yarn density of 750 grams per square meter, plush pile (also known as cut pile) offers a more luxurious appearance and is commonly found in vehicles from the mid-1980s to the present day.
Super Plush Pile - Employing a construction process akin to plush pile but with a significantly higher yarn density of 950 grams per square meter, Super Plush pile presents a lush and luxuriously thick appearance. Initially featured in early 1970s models such as SLE Commodores, Ford LTD, and Statesmen.
Classic Loop Pile - Our most robust and durable carpet material, manufactured by us using a special nylon blend yarn, faithfully replicates the carpet used by car manufacturers during the 1960s to 1970s. Including models like HK-HG Holden, XT-XY Falcon, Valiant Charger, and more. It is offered in a wide range of original colors such as Black, Saddle (Ford), Chev + GMH Blue and others, making it suitable for all vehicle makes and models, past and present.
All carpets are manufactured in one-meter-wide rolls, backed with polyethylene to facilitate molding to the contours of automotive floorpans.
Our replacement carpet floorings are custom-made and may vary from the factory-supplied flooring.
Each item is crafted to order in your preferred color and is not stocked in inventory. During installation, all necessary holes must be cut to fit the carpet into your vehicle, and trimming is required on the sides. Complimentary fitting instructions are available on our website
For optimal results, we recommend consulting a Motor Body Trimmer, especially if you are unfamiliar with carpet installation.
Please ensure careful selection of the color. If you have any doubts, please feel free to contact us for assistance with your custom order.
All of our Carpet is produced in one-meter-wide rolls which are backed with Polyethylene. This enables it to be moulded to the contours of an automotive floorplan. All appropriate holes need to be cut when fitting the carpet into the vehicle and extra trimming is required on the sides.

Loop Pile - As its name states, our Loop Pile carpet is made up from numerous small loops of yarn and is most commonly used in vehicles from the 1960's up until the mid-1980's.
Our Loop Pile is manufactured using top quality spun acrylic yarn and is tufted on a 5/32" gauge tufting machine at 600 grams per square meter.
Plush Pile - Commonly referred to as Cut pile, our Plush Pile is manufactured so that there are no loops, therefore creating a feel that is soft and luscious in appearance. Plush Pile is generally used in most vehicles from the mid 1980's to the present day.
Plush uses a similar construction process to Loop pile but with a much higher yarn density of 750 grams per square meter.
Classic Loop – Is our most durable and robust carpet material. Manufactured to be an exact replica of the original 80% Rayon and 20% Nylon yarn. This style of carpet was the most popular choice for car manufacturers during the 1960’s to 1970’s. Including HK-HG Holden, XT-XY Falcon, Valiant Charger and many more models.
