ALL PROOF VINYL
Our All Proof moulded vinyl flooring is moulded to retain its shape for life. Unlike other moulded vinyl on the market this vinyl is fully moulded and does not require a heat gun to fit.
Some trimming and hole cutting is required to install. Made to order, all of our vinyl is hot pressed moulded to the exact shape of your vehicle flooring. This vinyl is a durable and versatile alternative to carpet. There’s nothing more durable, waterproof, pressure washable and will not absorb liquids then this custom-made flooring. It is perfect for Tradies, Outdoor Lovers and 4WD Drivers.
All vinyls are made to have underfelt installed underneath for the best fit and is not an exact replica of original vinyl.
LOOP PILE
Our standard Loop Pile is manufacturerd from numerous small loops consiting of top quality spun acrylic yarn tufted on a 5/32" gauge tufting machine at 600 grams per square meter. Our loop pile offers a simple but affluent appearance while also providing durability and permanence.
This style of carpet was most commonly used in vehicles from the 1960's up until the mid-1980's.
PLUSH & SUPER PLUSH PILE
Commonly referred to as Cut pile, our Plush Pile is manufactured so that there are no loops, therefore creating a feel that is soft and luscious in appearance. Plush Pile is generally used in most vehicles from the mid 1980's to the present day. Plush uses a similar construction process to Loop pile but with a much higher yarn density of 750 grams per square meter.
Our Super Plush Pile uses a similar constructon process to Plush Pile, however the only difference it has, is a much higher yarn density of 950 grams per square meter, making it thicker and fuller. Originally Used in the early 70s for SLE commodores, Ford LTD and Statesmen.
CLASSIC LOOP PILE
Is our most durable and robust carpet material. Manufactured to be an exact replica of the original 80% Rayon and 20% Nylon yarn. This style of carpet was the most popular choice for car manufacturers during the 1960’s to 1970’s. Including HK-HG Holden, XT-XY Falcon, Valiant Charger and many more models.
It is available in most original colors including Black, Saddle (Ford) and Chev + GMH Blue. This pile is suitable for all makes and models including present day vehicles.
Please note: Our Classic, Unlike all of our other pile types is pieced dyed and therefore slightly varies between batches.
