Shipping & Handling

Australian Orders:
We ship all of our Australian orders via Direct Freight. All orders can be tracked via the Direct Freight website. 

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes or Post Offices. 

For Australian deliveries please allow 5-7 working days once despatched.

New Zealand Orders:
We ship all of our New Zealand via Australia Post. Each order is trackable and requires a signature upon delivery.  If you are not home upon delivery, the Courier will contact you for re-delivery. 

For New Zealand deliveries please allow 7-14 days via air freight. 

Please Note The shipping rates for items that we ship to New Zealand are weight-based and will be more expensive than the flat rate per item freight calculation we use for Australian deliveries.

International Orders:
We ship all of our International orders via Australia Post International. Each order is trackable and requires a signature upon delivery. If you are not home upon delivery, the Courier will contact you for re-delivery. 

International Orders may be subjected to additional duties and taxes applied by your local customs office. This would be payable by you before or upon delivery.

We recommend that before purchasing on our website you check to see if these additional duties and taxes apply to you.
