Eligibility
To qualify for trade pricing, accounts must maintain a minimum purchase history. Trade pricing is extended to approved accounts and reviewed based on ongoing monthly volume.
Accounts that do not maintain the required purchasing level may be returned to standard pricing.
Payment Policy
Knox Auto Carpets does not offer credit accounts. All orders are strictly paid in full prior to dispatch via:
- Credit or debit card (securely held on file)
- Bank deposit (goods dispatched once funds have cleared)

Carpets per month — the minimum purchase volume required to qualify for and maintain the 20% trade discount. This ensures we can continue to offer competitive pricing to our trade partners.
Carpets and products are dispatched only after payment has been received and confirmed. No exceptions apply regardless of trade account status.
