    Our All Proof moulded vinyl flooring is engineered to maintain its shape indefinitely. Unlike other moulded vinyl products available, our vinyl is completely moulded, eliminating the need for heat guns during installation.

    LOOP PILE

    Our standard Loop pile,consists of numerous small loops of yarn and was predominantly utilized in vehicles from the 1960s through the mid-1980s. This carpet is crafted from high-quality nylon yarn and tufted on a gauge tufting machine at a density of 500 grams per square meter.

    PLUSH & SUPER PLUSH PILE

    Utilizing a construction process akin to loop pile but with a significantly higher yarn density of 750 grams per square meter, plush pile (also known as cut pile) offers a more luxurious appearance and is commonly found in vehicles from the mid-1980s to the present day.


     Employing a construction process akin to plush pile but with a significantly higher yarn density of 950 grams per square meter, Super Plush pile presents a lush and luxuriously thick appearance. Initially featured in early 1970s models such as SLE Commodores, Ford LTD, and Statesmen.

    CLASSIC LOOP PILE

    Our most robust and durable carpet material, manufactured by us using a special nylon blend yarn, faithfully replicates the carpet used by car manufacturers during the 1960s to 1970s. Including models like HK-HG Holden, XT-XY Falcon, Valiant Charger, and more. It is offered in a wide range of original colors such as Black, Saddle (Ford), Chev + GMH Blue and others, making it suitable for all vehicle makes and models, past and present.
