Refunds & Returns Policy

Here at Knox Auto Carpets, we pride ourselves on providing high quality service, and ensuring you are satisfied with our products. We understand that there may come a time where you may need to return a purchase. We want to make the process simple and straight forward. Please see below our returns & refunds policy. 

 Refund & Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days from purchase date in which to request a Return/Refund for a damaged or defective item. If 30 calendar days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and in original packaging. 

 To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  Eligibility

- The product you have received is not what you have ordered.  

Product is damaged or defective supported with photo evidence

 All of our carpets are custom made to order and have individual specifications. Therefore under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer any returns/refunds for those that have a change of mind or have provided incorrect information. 

 A change of mind can look like. 

- Incorrect colour chosen 

- Incorrect pile chosen

- No longer want the carpet 

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Knox Auto Carpets reserve the right to refuse a return if upon inspection the item/items are not in their original condition.
