You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date if:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items: Change of Mind
Because all carpets are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. This includes, but is not limited to:

Incorrect colour chosen

Incorrect pile or material selected

No longer wanting or needing the carpet

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
